I had every intention of being really good and not buying many books this year. I’ve been staying away from bookshop sales on purpose as well.
Then I got notification that my pre order of Chosen by Kiersten White was available for collection.
So into the bookshop I went and somehow managed to come out with 2 other books as well. Tidelands by Philippa Gregory and The Quiet at the End of the World by Lauren James.
They’ve found a home in the (ever tighter) tbr part of my bookshelf where they look beautiful as they wait to be read.
